For a change of mind, the supplied policy provides a 14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and scents, and in their original packaging. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer.
Custom-made orders
Custom-made orders are final sale and are not refundable for a change of mind. This does not cover structurally defective items.
Damaged or defective items
For ready-made stock, the supplied policy provides a free exchange, repair or full refund. For custom-made orders, it provides a free remake, repair or full refund. Contact Patricia to arrange the appropriate remedy and return shipping before sending anything back.
